Our Mission
Years of experience developing negotiation strategies and teaching their implementation across industries, geography, company sizes, experience levels, and cultural differences, have made it increasingly clear that the conscious and well-prepared negotiator with the best toolbox outperforms the counterpart, regardless of the number of years of experience they may have.

Søren har over 25 års erfaring med salgs- og købsforhandlinger i globale virksomheder. Som adm. direktør i Dansk Indkøbs- og Logistik Forum og Kairos Commodities har han arbejdet med strategisk indkøb, supply management og implementering af transformationsprogrammer.
Han har leveret træning i forhandling og indkøb i mere end 30 lande og er modtager af President’s Prize fra IFPSM for sit bidrag til den globale profession.
Søren er cand.merc. i strategi og organisatorisk adfærd fra Copenhagen Business School, har virket som censor på cand.merc. og Executive MBA på CBS og er uddannet i forhandling fra Harvard Law School. Derudover er han certificeret DiSC-instruktør
